Shuttle 1
4:00 p.m. - DEPARTS Homewood Suites
4:10 p.m. - ARRIVES Residence Inn
4:20 p.m. - DEPARTS Residence Inn
4:45 p.m. - ARRIVES Cairnwood Estate
Returns to Homewood Suites and goes back to Cairnwood one more time.

Shuttle 2
4:10 p.m. - DEPARTS Homewood Suites
4:20 p.m. - ARRIVES Residence Inn
4:30 p.m. - DEPARTS Residence Inn
4:55 p.m. - ARRIVES Cairnwood Estate
Returns to Residence Inn and goes back to Cairnwood one more time.

Travel Back from the Reception
Shuttle 1
9:30 p.m. - DEPARTS Cairnwood Estate
9:50 p.m. - ARRIVES Homewood Suites
10:00 p.m. - DEPARTS Homewood Suites
10:05 p.m. - ARRIVES Residence Inn
Returns to Cairnwood and repeats, finishing at 11:30 p.m.

11:00 p.m. - DEPARTS Cairnwood Estate
11:20 p.m. - ARRIVES Homewood Suites
11:30 p.m. - DEPARTS Homewood Suites

What should I wear?

Please take a look at our “Weekend Schedule” tab for more information. There are individual Pinterest boards with examples for both the ceremony and the reception.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

This is weather-dependent. Our plan is to have an outdoor ceremony unless it is raining. The reception will be indoor/outdoor, but dinner will be served outside if weather permits. We will have heat lamps if the weather is too cool.

do you have a hotel block?

Yes, we do! Take a look at our "Travel & Lodging" tab to see more.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We would love all of our guests to be present with us during the ceremony. In other words, please keep your phones away. We have hired an amazing photographer who we promise will capture every moment. Please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like at any other point of the weekend.

Are Children invited?

While we adore your kids, we will be hosting an adults-only affair. The estate has a garden house roughly 100 feet from the reception, where we will have on-site babysitting. Please reach out to Eric for more information, as we want to accommodate all our family and friends with little ones.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to capacity limits at our venue, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We only have spaces for the guests listed on your invitation. Please reach out to us with any questions.
